By accessing this website or commissioning engagement work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services through it.
Services described
Descriptions of audits, briefs, debriefs, and series reviews are informational. A written scope and fee confirmation form the binding agreement for any engagement. Website copy does not itself create a contract for work.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, visual design, and original methodology descriptions, remains the property of Event Vertex Core unless otherwise stated. Findings packs delivered to clients may be used internally by the commissioning organisation. Redistribution or resale of our materials without written permission is not allowed.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit fraudulent enquiries, or use contact channels to send unlawful or harmful material.
Liability
Engagement findings are professional interpretations based on logs and information you provide. We do not guarantee specific audience outcomes on future streams. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Event Vertex Core is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on general website content. Liability for booked engagements is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.

Governing law
