About

A practice for the hours when the stream is live

Event Vertex Core grew from years spent beside producers and live-ops teams who had plenty of charts after a broadcast — and too few sentences that matched the cue sheet. We work from Klang, Selangor, with clients across Malaysia and the wider region.

What we stand for

Engagement is a story about people in a room that happens to be digital. We refuse to collapse that story into a single score. Concurrent viewers, chat velocity, and reaction spikes each answer different questions — and they only become useful when placed against the programme clock.

Our working approach is deliberately calm. We ask for logs early, protect one owner for the night’s exports, and write findings in the language producers already use: segments, cues, sponsor reads, guest entrances, closing calls.

Who does the work

Briefings and audits are led by practitioners who have sat through premiere nights, sports windows, and weekly creator series. We pair editorial curiosity with product awareness — lobby screens and push timing belong on the same timeline as host cues.

Values we keep visible

Clock over vanity. Numbers without timestamps rarely change a rundown.

Honesty about gaps. Missing chat exports limit the reading — we say so.

Action for the next airing. Every engagement should leave a cue change someone can try.

Respect for live pressure. Premiere nights are chaotic; prep rituals matter more than heroics.

How we relate to clients

We are not embedded as a permanent analytics desk. We join for specific broadcasts, series cycles, or planning windows, then leave you with notes your team can carry without us. When a recurring review cycle makes sense, we set a clear cadence and stick to it.
